Vijf studenten zoeken een woonruimte en al snel ontdekken ze een verlaten landhuis en besluiten hier in te trekken. Maar hun optrekje heeft een geheim... in de kelder bevindt zich een wietkwekerij. De studenten worden voor een dag amateur-dealers. Maar dan verschijnt ineens de eigenaar van de drugs en eist zijn geld op.
