Het dorpje Cherry Falls in Virginia is in de ban van een seriemoordenaar. Hij heeft het uitsluitend gemunt op leerlingen die naar school gaan op de Cherry Falls High School, die nog maagd zijn. Sheriff Brent Marken tast volledig in het duister omtrent de identiteit van de man of vrouw. Terwijl de studentes wilde seksfeestjes organiseren om hun maagdelijkheid te verliezen, begint Markens dochter Jody een eigen onderzoek naar de moordenaar.
