Het is de ergste dag van haar leven voor Michelle: op één dag wordt ze ontslagen op haar werk én gedumpt door haar vriend. Haar beste vriendin Sara haalt haar over om mee te gaan naar een wellnessoord dat een "Just Say Yes" programma aanbiedt. Ze ontmoet de knappe Jack, maar eigenlijk wil ze het liefst terug naar huis. Maar wie weet durft ze toch 'ja' tegen hem te zeggen.
