Het politiekorps uit Reno gaat op vakantie naar Miami. Eenmaal aangekomen raken zij betrokken bij de ontruiming van een hotel, waarin een terroristische aanval is gepleegd. Omdat zij behoren tot de weinige 'ervaren' politiemensen die zich daar in de buurt bevinden, worden zij aangewezen om de politie van Miami bij te staan.
Nee, helaas is Reno 911!: Miami nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
