Baby Shark wordt gedwongen de wereld waar hij van houdt achter zich te laten nadat zijn familie naar de grote stad is verhuisd, en moet zich aanpassen aan zijn nieuwe leven zonder zijn beste vriend William. Wanneer Baby Shark een kwaadaardige popzeester tegenkomt genaamd Stariana, die van plan is zijn zangtalent te stelen om alle onderwatermuziek te domineren, moet hij haar betovering verbreken om de harmonie in de zeeën te herstellen.
