Het leven van een jonge vrouw wordt wreed verstoord als haar verloofde na een ernstig ongeluk naar het ziekenhuis wordt gebracht. Zij gaat op zoek naar het lichaam van haar verloofde, maar het ziekenhuis waar hij zou moeten zijn blijkt niet eens te bestaan.
