CIA-agent Avery Graves wordt door terroristen gechanteerd: ze moet een topgeheim bestand van haar eigen overheid stelen om haar ontvoerde echtgenoot te redden. Ten einde raad wendt ze zich tot haar contacten in de onderwereld om te vinden waar de ontvoerders naar op zoek zijn: een digitaal virus genaamd “Canary Black”. Dit virus kan in de verkeerde handen een wereldwijde cyberoorlog ontketenen. Avery zet alles op alles in de dodelijke strijd om de wereldvrede en haar partner in veiligheid te brengen.
Nee, helaas is Canary Black nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
