In de nabije toekomst is er een enorme vergrijzing aan de gang in Japan. Om aan deze evolutie het hoofd te bieden, voert de overheid het programma Plan 75 in waarin het haar burgers ouder dan deze leeftijd de financiële en logistieke ondersteuning biedt bij hun wens tot euthanasie. De bejaarde Michi is werkzaam bij Plan 75. Net als Hiromu en de jonge Filipijnse zorgverlener Maria wordt ze met de keuze tussen leven en dood geconfronteerd.
Nee, helaas is PLAN 75 nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
