Plot

Supersnelle Kana is ervan overtuigd dat haar snelheid alles is wat ze nodig heeft om de Race for the Sodor Cup te winnen, een competitie waaraan motoren van over de hele wereld trekken. Wanneer een racetraining die fout is gegaan er echter voor zorgt dat haar partner, Kenji, gewond raakt, wordt Kana gekoppeld aan Thomas. Kana en Thomas zullen ontdekken dat er teamwerk nodig is om de beste racers te worden die ze kunnen zijn, maar is het genoeg om de internationale kampioenen te verslaan en de Sodor Cup te winnen?
