John is een normale man die werkt als geluidstechnicus voor een nieuwszender in New York. Zijn vrouw is getuige van een ontvoering, waarna ze wordt vermoord. De politie is voor John geen optie, aangezien de stad wordt overspoeld met misdaad. Hierop verkleedt hij zich als een witte ninja en trekt de straat op om New York te ontdoen van allerlei criminelen.
