Vijay Prakash, een politie-inspecteur, is een wees. Omdat zijn vader als verrader werd gebrandmerkt, pleegde zijn hele familie in zijn jeugd zelfmoord en bleef hij alleen achter. Een politieagent voegt zich bij hem en voedt hem op. Hoewel Vijay Prakash een goede naam heeft opgebouwd, achtervolgt het beeld van de zoon van een verrader hem. Op zo'n moment begint hij de zaak te onderzoeken van een vrouw genaamd Manga die zelfmoord pleegde terwijl ze vocht tegen het revolutionaire waterleidingproject in India. Hij ontdekt dat het geen zelfmoord was en dat er een groot complot achter zit.
