Lara Thompson komt naar het slaperige stadje Kissing Falls om de zaken te regelen van haar overleden tante Vivienne, die een theewinkel had. Het was altijd Viviennes wens om voor een van haar thees een prestigieuze onderscheiding te krijgen. Lara wil deze wens alsnog laten uitkomen en krijgt daarbij hulp van plaatselijke bloemenexpert Matt Slater.
