Het verhaal speelt zich af op een avond in een Londense bistro in het hogere segment, in de keuken. Met nog maar enkele minuten te gaan voordat er een zeer grote drukte is, dreigen de problemen die zich binnen de keukenbrigade hebben opgebouwd te escaleren en te leiden tot de ondergang van het restaurant. Vinden ze alsnog een oplossing om de gemoederen te bedaren?
