In het jaar 2075 ziet de tienjarige Iris hoe een mysterieuze jongen in een regenboogkleurig pak uit de lucht komt vallen. Zijn naam is Arco. Hij komt uit een verre, bijna perfecte toekomst waar tijdreizen werkelijkheid is. Terwijl Iris hem verborgen houdt voor de buitenwereld, zet ze alles op alles om haar nieuwe vriend te helpen terug te keren naar zijn eigen tijd.
