In 2022 heeft het coronavirus totale chaos en een lockdown in Los Angeles veroorzaakt. Om aan de nare situatie te ontsnappen besluit een aantal vrienden een online feestje te houden. Om de boel nog iets leuker te maken gaan de vrienden drugs te gebruiken. Zodra deze middelen effect beginnen te krijgen, gaat het mis en verandert de gezellige bijeenkomst in een angstaanjagende situatie.
