De L.A.P.D. heeft een nieuw special forces team, met als doel de criminaliteit een halt toe te roepen. Maar de leider houdt er zo zijn eigen methodes op na, die niet helemaal volgens het boekje gaan. Voor elke inval spuiten ze zich vol met een nieuwe drug waardoor ze lichamelijk transformeren.
