Wanneer een jong Chinees meisje hulp nodig heeft, komt voormalig politieagent Luke Wright tot de redding. Zij wordt gezocht door de maffia, omdat ze in bezit blijkt te zijn van een code die toegang verschaft tot een belangrijke kluis.
