Een voormalig top-basketballcoach van een Amerikaanse universiteit wordt van zijn team gehaald nadat hij tijdens een wedstrijd totaal instort. Hij krijgt echter wel een nieuw team onder zijn hoede, dit keer alleen geen universiteitsteam maar het basketbalteam van een basisschool.
