De vader van Steve is op mysterieuze wijze verdwenen. Hij gaat naar hem op zoek en krijgt daarbij de hulp van enkele eigenaardige types uit zijn vaders autosleepbedrijf. Het wordt al snel duidelijk dat een bende die zich bezighoudt met het stelen van auto-onderdelen, veel met de verdwijning van Steves vader te maken heeft.
