Een miljardair genaamd Roach zoekt wanhopig naar een geheim serum dat hem van een normale man zal kunnen transformeren in een superman. Dit serum is verstopt in het lijf van de jonge Billy Duncan. Het serum kan alleen maar worden overgedragen door geslachtsgemeenschap en daar beginnen de boze plannen van Roach.
