Niles (Bell) heeft een dierenpark geopend op een afgelegen eiland. Door een serie van stroomuitvallen kunnen genetisch gemanipuleerde sabeltandtijgers ontsnappen en deze beginnen met het opeten van de bezoekers en het personeel.
