In de stad Orario, onder een onmogelijk hoge toren, ligt de kerker. Alleen avonturiers die partnerschappen aangaan met de goden zelf hebben enige hoop de monsters die daarin schuilgaan te verslaan. Maar de kerker is niet de enige plaats waar monsters bestaan. Ver van Orario, in de ruïnes van een oude stad, ontstaat een nieuwe dreiging. Om deze dreiging tegen te gaan, is de godin Artemis naar Orario gekomen op zoek naar een kampioen, maar het is niet Ais Wallenstein (de legendarische Zwaardprinses) noch Ottar (de sterkste krijger die ooit de kerker is binnengegaan) die ze kiest. Het is eerder Bell Cranel, een nieuwe avonturier die samenwerkt met een godin van laag niveau.
Nee, helaas is 劇場版 ダンジョンに出会いを求めるのは間違っているだろうか -オリオンの矢- nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
