Na de dood van zijn moeder besluit de 14-jaar oude Watts Davies om mee te racen in de International Karting Federation Championships (IKF), een belangrijke kart-wedstrijd. Hij hoopt hiermee de relatie met zijn vervreemde vader (die ook ooit IKF-kampioen was) nieuw leven in te blazen.
