Choreograaf Zander Raines cast de prachtige hedendaagse danseres Barlow en de innovatieve pianist Charlie voor de nieuwe Broadway-show Free Dance. Maar zijn beslissing gooit het creatieve evenwicht van de show overhoop wanneer Charlie voor Barlow valt, terwijl Zander haar als zijn muze omarmt. De emoties raken oververhit en dat zorgt voor nogal wat rivaliteit.
Nee, helaas is High Strung Free Dance nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
