Een undercover agent wordt op een dag wakker en blijkt gevangen gehouden te worden door de CIA op een geheime locatie. Hij zal moeten proberen om te ontsnappen. Maar naast het feit dat hij een plan moet bedenken hoe te ontsnappen heeft hij nog een probleem: hij blijkt gevangen te zitten diep onder water, in een nucleaire onderzeeër.
