Een ervaren luitenant, Marshall genaamd, doet onderzoek naar een reeks ontvoeringen en moorden op vrouwen. Vervolgens weet men een verwarde man te arresteren, die verband houdt met de gruweldaden. De ernst van zijn misdaden gaan echter veel verder dan wat ze verwacht hadden.
