Bill is een stadse jongeman, die gefrustreerd is door de wereld om hem heen. Om hier een einde aan te maken komt hij met het plan honderden bewoners uit het kleine stadje waar hij woont, te vermoorden. Hij kleedt zich aan met gepantserde kleding en koopt een hoop automatische geweren via het internet.
