Plot

Vlak voordat de beruchte gangster Vincent Canelli op de elektrische stoel moet, maakt hij samen met Peter Manning, een bankrover en moordenaar, die na Vincent ook geëxecuteerd zou worden, een gedurfde ontsnapping uit zijn gevangenis. Met behulp van meerdere gijzelaars proberen ze hun aandeel van een eerdere bankroof van Manning te innen, om hun ontsnapping naar het buitenland te financieren.
