Mark Adams is een spion die een bende neo-Nazi's probeert op te pakken. Een beruchte groep is namelijk bezig met een groot plan, waar Adams een stokje voor wil steken. Ondertussen werkt een bende motorrijders, genaamd de Bloody Devils, voor de neo-Nazi's en knappen allerlei smerige klusjes op.
Nee, helaas is Hell's Bloody Devils nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
