Plot

Drie bewerkingen van bekende verhalen van de Amerikaanse schrijver Edgar Allen Poe. In het eerste verhaal, 'The Black Cat', vermoordt een man zijn vrouw en verbergt haar lijk in de kelder; in 'Morella' komen een man en zijn dochter na lange tijd weer samen, maar geven elkaar de schuld van de dood van hun vrouw en moeder; en in 'The Facts in the Case of M.
