Het zit acteur Jess Marriner nogal tegen. Zijn carrière heeft er wel eens rooskleuriger uit gezien en lijkt spaak te lopen. Daarnaast heeft hij problemen in zijn huwelijk en raken hij en zijn vrouw steeds verder van elkaar verwijderd. De vraag is of het hem lukt zijn leven weer op de rails te krijgen.
