Wanneer haar voormalige vriend, een gevaarlijke maffiabaas van de Yakuza, er achter komt dat Everly (Salma Hayek) een informant is voor de FBI is hij woest. Terwijl Everly zich verschanst in haar appartement stuurt haar ex-vriend een golf aan moordenaars op haar af. Ondertussen probeert ze ook nog haar moeder en dochter te redden.
