Robert Toulon, een verre neef van de originele Puppet Master Andre Toulon, brengt de poppen terug tot leven met de hulp van zijn dochter Alex. Een mysterieuze speelgoedmakende firma probeert hen daarna te overtuigen om hen de reanimatieformule te geven.
