Wanneer Walker zijn vriend Reese probeert te helpen wordt hij door hem neergeschoten en voor dood achter gelaten. Reese blijkt er ook nog eens vandoor te zijn gegaan met Walker's vrouw. Om wraak te kunnen nemen moet Walker een machtige misdaadorganistatie penetreren.
