Een Australische familie met kinderen is onderweg naar huis voor Kerstmis. Ongelukkigerwijze geven ze onderweg informatie door aan een groep dieven die hen in staat stelt hun vader's paarden te stelen. Om dit recht te zetten besluiten de kinderen zelf achter de dieven aan te gaan.
