Na de voorstelling neemt Scott James een artieste mee uit eten. Zij wordt echter aangevallen door ninja's en ze komt te overlijden. Hij gaat op onderzoek om uit te vinden wat de ninja's in Amerika doen en om de openstaande rekening te vereffenen. Al snel komt hij erachter dat Sakura , zijn ooit verbannen Japanse stiefbroeder , een kamp bezit , alwaar hij Ninja-moordenaars opleidt . Scott heeft geen keuze , hij moet Sakura voor eens en altijd een halt toe roepen .
