De film gaat over een groep experts op het gebied van vechtsport. Zij krijgen de taak Dr. Sun Yat-sen (een hoge Chinees), te beschermen, terwijl hij een bezoek brengt aan Hongkong. Hij is namelijk het doelwit van een moordaanslag.
