De politieagente Kristen wordt met een spoedcursus opgeleid om undercover te gaan in het drugswereldje. Samen met de doorgewinterde narcotica-agent Jim gaat ze proberen een handelsnetwerk bloot te leggen. Maar hoe ver moet je gaan, als blijkt dat de uitdaging een dodelijk spel is waarin Kristen zelf beïnvloed wordt door de drugs en ze een meer dan zakelijke relatie met Jim krijgt...
