Premiejager Tommy Nowak is van alle markten thuis als het erop aankomt zijn doel te bereiken. Hij ontpopt zich van geroutineerde deejay of rodeoclown, tot casinocroupier met als doel zijn prooi op het gepaste moment en liefst onverwachts in de boeien te slaan. De zaak "Lou Ann McGuinn" is dan ook een echte uitdaging voor Tommy. Lou Ann is er niet alleen vandoor met de roze Cadillac die ze van haar echtgenoot heeft "geleend", ze heeft ook hun acht maanden oude baby bij zich en een pak valse dollars die in de auto verstopt zaten en die aan een bende blanke extremisten toebehoort. Het begin van een dolle achtervolging.
Nee, helaas is Pink Cadillac nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
