Lefty Enright is een Texas Ranger, die niets liever wil dan wraak nemen op de leden van de familie Sawyer, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dood van zijn neef en nicht. Als de jonge radio- DJ Vantia Block dan tijdens haar uitzending wordt gebeld door twee relschoppers, die plotseling worden aangevallen door Bubba Sawyer en zijn moordlustige familieleden, ziet Lefty zijn kans schoon. Hij besluit om Vantia als aas te gebruiken om zo de schuilplaats van de gestoorde Sawyer familie te ontdekken.
