In een hotel organiseren drie zakenmannen een cocktailparty voor potentiële klanten. Larry (Kevin Spacey) en Phil (Danny DeVito) zijn oude rotten in het vak, Bob (Peter Facinelli) is een nieuwkomer. Alledrie hebben ze maar één doel voor ogen: een deal sluiten met Dick Fuller, bijgenaamd de "The Big Kahuna", vanwege zijn enorme fortuin. De drie zakenmannen hebben er alles voor over om "The Big Kahuna" te strikken. Nou ja, alles? The Big Kahuna is een geestige film over gladde verkopers en hun nog gladdere praatjes, in de traditie van het meesterwerk Glengarry Glen Ross.
Nee, helaas is The Big Kahuna nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
