Rastafari Horsemouth koopt een motor om deze te gebruiken voor zijn platenhandel. Hij wordt tevens verliefd op de dochter van een maffiabaas, met nare gevolgen. Hij verliest zijn motor en neemt het met enkele maten op tegen de lokale, criminele bloedzuigers.
