Plot

Bird Island is een ongerept paradijs dat bewoond wordt door naïeve, onschuldige vogels die geen weet hebben van de buitenwereld. Ze koesteren hun eieren en, op een paar na, leven ze een zorgeloos en ongedwongen leven. Wanneer Red een aantal keer zijn kalmte heeft verloren wordt hij op een cursus woedebeheersing gestuurd, onder leiding van Mathilda. Daarnaast zijn er de razendsnelle Chuck en Bomb, een vogel die lijdt aan een stoornis waardoor hij regelmatig ontploft en daarom in een schuilkelder woont. Wanneer een stel varkens het eiland bezoekt raken ze bevriend met elkaar. Red vertrouwt de varkens echter voor geen cent.
