John is een Britse politieagent. Samen met drie collega's gaat hij undercover bij een groep hooligans om de leiders te pakken te nemen. Deze rol slokt John echter helemaal op. De grenzen tussen zijn baan als agent en zijn rol als hooligan beginnen langzaamaan in Johns hoofd te vervagen.
