Als mevrouw Claus zich verwaarloosd voelt door haar minder attente echtgenoot, gaat ze naar Las Vegas om een klein meisje te helpen met haar kerstwens. Maar wanneer de kerstman erachter komt en haar volgt naar Sin City om het goed te maken, brengt hij Kerstmis in gevaar als de dingen niet helemaal gaan zoals hij had gepland.
