De toegewijde vogelverschrikkers Betty O’Barley en Harry O’Hay bereiden een onvergetelijke bruiloft voor. Wanneer Harry erop staat om de boerderij te verlaten om nog één laatste ding te halen voor hun grote dag, duikt de gladde Reginald Rake op met eigen plannen.
