Een detective krijgt opdracht om de moord op zijn partner, langs de kant van een weg, te onderzoeken. Deze heeft veel weg van een terechtstelling. Op de plaats van de misdaad vindt hij een datakaart van een videocamera. De kaart blijkt stukken film te bevatten die geschoten zijn door twee tieners. Zij maken een documentaire over hun aan drugs gestorven broer.
