Na zeven jaar keren twee broers terug naar hun geboortestad in de Midlands. Ze installeren zich in een huis bovenop een heuvel. Al snel wordt duidelijk dat de oudste broer, Richard, niet voor het weidse landschap is teruggekomen. Hij wil zich wreken op de groepjes dealers en losers die na zeven jaar nog steeds door de stad zwerven. Eén voor één zoekt hij ze op om ze te vermoorden. De macabere en allegorische moordscènes zaaien paniek en paranoia. Wat is de reden voor al dit bloedvergieten?
