Harvey Denton (Luke Treadaway) is opgepakt door de politie en zit in een verhoorkamer voor ondervraging. Rechercheur West (Timothy Spall) twijfelt er niet aan dat de crimineel deel heeft genomen aan een zeer gewelddadige overval. Bebloed en onder de blauwe plekken wil Harvey zijn verhaal doen. Hij zegt dat hij onterecht wordt verdacht en begint met uitleggen.
