Plot

De slechte Bison heeft een plan bedacht om alle Street Fighters te hersenspoelen en zo de wereldmacht over te nemen. Hij is vastberaden om de geheimzinnige Ryu (Shimizu) gevangen te nemen, maar als hij deze niet kan vinden zet hij z'n zinnen op Ken (Haga), de oude jeugdvriend van Ryu die samen met hem heeft getraind. Ryu moet al zijn krachten aanwenden om Ken te redden en Bison te stoppen.
